To report any misprinted, damaged or defective items, claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims for lost packages must also be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If we are at fault, we will cover the cost. Please report any issues with products or orders.
The company's facility is the default return address. If a return is received, an automated email notification will be sent. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If a different return address is used, you will be responsible for any returned shipments.
If the courier deems an address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have an updated address. Unclaimed shipments will also be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
If you have not registered an account and added a billing method, any returns due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the shipment will be donated to charity at your expense. Sealed goods, such as face masks, cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
Customers should contact you before returning products. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse except for customers in Brazil, who must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with a picture. Refunds are not possible if the product is used or destroyed. Tons of Art reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.
